If leaving town for awhile and you wish to have your mail delivery of the paper stopped, please call 1-800-798-4085, extension 320 and your account will automatically be credited. Missed Mail Delivery Service If you have not received your mail delivered Ogle County Newspaper by Thursday and you live in Ogle County, call our Customer Service Department at: (800) 798-4085 Extension 320 Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Delivery Times Ogle County Newspapers are mailed on Wednesday. Change Of Address If you are moving within the area, please call us about transferring your subscription from your old address to your new address at least 3 days before moving. About Your Payment Subscribers may choose from two convenient payment methods. You may be invoiced, with options to pay us by mail, quarterly, twice a year or yearly, or you may choose convenient EZ-Pay Plan. EZ-Pay subscribers enjoy the convenience of automatic billing to their credit card or checking account. EZ-Pay will bill you monthly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and check by phone. You may also pay in person at the customer service counter. We accept personal checks, credit cards, money orders and cash. Newspaper In Education Our NIE program provides a “Living Textbook” to our schools. The newspaper that you read each day is a powerful teaching tool. This “living textbook” is as fresh as each day’s news. Newspaper In Education (NIE) is a unique partnership amoung classrooms, community sponsors and the Ogle County Newspapers. Schools throughout Ogle County area receive the newspaper daily FREE of charge because of generous community support. The NIE program also provides teachers with curriculum ideas.
