Ogle County Sheriff Arrests

Ogle County Sheriff Greg Beitel reports the following arrests.

Reggie Jones, 31, Rockford, was arrested Jan. 12 on a contempt warrant. Jones’ bond was set at $339.

Kraig D. Duncan, 20, Mt. Morris, was arrested Jan. 12 on a failure to appear warrant. Duncan as held in lieu of bond.

James D. Beneventi, 32, Leaf River, was arrested Jan. 12 for driving while license suspended. Beneventi’s bond was set at $115.

Sara E. Hall, 42, Rochelle, was arrested Jan. 12 on a warrant for disobeying a stop sign.  Hall posted $1,500 bond and was released. Hall is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27.

Kayley R. Bach, 18,  Forreston, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for no seat belt. She posted bond and was released.

Luther Hughes, 41, Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle county warrant for contempt of court. He was held in the Ogle County jail in lieu of bond.

Marshall Starks, 70, Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle county warrant for driving while license revoked. He was held at the Ogle Count Jail in lieu of bond.

On Jan. 16, at 8:11 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic problem at 206 Main Street in Baileyville.  After an investigation, Edward W. Joly, 39, Baileyville, was arrested for domestic battery, and interfering with the report of a domestic battery. Joly was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
