Sept. 2 

Candye Henry, 58 of Oregon, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.

Sept. 3

Jamie C. Donovan, no age or address given, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. for driving while license suspended and on an outstanding Lee County warrant. 

She was also issued citations for an inoperable rear registration light and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Nancy Roos, 62, of Oregon, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. after a one-vehicle crash in the 3,000 block of North Illinois 2 for driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, bringing contraband into a jail, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

She was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by Oregon Ambulance, Mt. Morris Ambulance, and Oregon Police.

Sept. 4

Kendall Pelt , 46, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for violation of a bail bond. He was held at the Ogle County Jail in lieu of $25,000 (10%) bond. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 6.

Sept. 6

Michael Ramsey, 28, of Oregon, was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants for failure to appear with a full cash bond of $3251.68 and forgery with bond of $2,000 (10%). He appeared in court and was released on a recognizance bond for both charges. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Elizabeth Romero, 32, of Joliet, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving while license suspended. She has a bond of $5,000 (10%) pending a court appearance.

Nathan Schmidt, 27, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after deputies responded at 8:50 p.m. to a two-vehicle hit and run accident at the intersection of East Illinois 64 and Illinois 251. 

Deputies were advised the offending vehicle, driven by Schmidt, had fled the scene southbound on Illinois 251 where Rochelle officers located and conducted a traffic stop at 1120 N. Seventh St. in Rochelle. 

Schmidt was also issued citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to stop at an intersection. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Sept. 7

Ralph McCormick, 35, of Baileyville, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after deputies responded at 9:46 p.m. to the area of 12600 N. Baileyville Rd. for a driving complaint. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
