July 22

Devin S. Bailey, 35, of Oregon, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on two outstanding Ogle County warrants, one for failure to appear and one for petition to revoke. Bailey was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

July 25

Kelly A. Kirby, 28, of Davis Junction, was issued a citation at 6:35 a.m. for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 700 block of W. Washington Street.

Bradley R. Mulder, 34, of Rock City, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. for driving while license suspended. Mulder was transported to the Ogle County Jail. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.

At 3:05 p.m., police took one female juvenile, 11, of Oregon, into limited custody for the offenses of being a runaway and theft less than $500. The juvenile was released into her parent’s custody with a referral to the Ogle County State’s Attorney’s Office for diversion or informal services requested if found to be appropriate.

July 27

Porcayo P. Delarosa, 38, of Hanover Park, was issued a citation at 6:35 p.m. for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.

Marcus E. Garrett, 24, of Wenona, was issued a citation at 7:07 p.m. for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for non-insurance. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.

Please note: Any arrests listed are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Five verbal/written warnings were issued from July 22-28.
