Feb. 19

James A. Hilliard, 44, of Mt Morris, was arrested for disorderly conduct and interference with the reporting of domestic violence after deputies investigated a report of a domestic problem at 4914 W. Oregon Trail Rd. He was transported to the Ogle County jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Austin Reeverts, 26, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Reeverts had a full cash bond of $3,625 pending a court appearance.

Christopher Rowe, 26, of Rockford, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and obstructing a peace officer after deputies responded at 9:50 p.m. to a report of a vehicle that had driven onto the frozen Rock River in the 3000 block of South Ill. 2.

He was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Feb. 20

Deputies, the Monroe Center Fire Department, and the Lynn Scott Rock ambulance responded at 7:55 a.m. to a one-vehicle roll over accident with injuries at on I39 southbound at mile marker 109, approximately two miles south of Ill. 72.

A vehicle driven by Faris Alyami, 22, of Rockford, was southbound on I39 when it went out of control due to the snow-covered roadway.

The vehicle left the west side of the roadway, struck a snowbank, rolled over in the ditch, and came to a stop on all four wheels.

Alyami refused medical treatment.

The passenger, Arwa Aoabyah, 22, of Rockford, was transported by Lynn Scott Rock ambulance to OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford, for treatment of a minor wrist injury.

No citations were issued.

Glenn Zekoff, 20, of Genoa, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He had a full cash bond of $1,008 pending a court appearance.

Jessie Thorton, 28, of DeKalb, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He had a full cash bond of $4,489 pending a court appearance.

James Ball, 57, of Dixon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He had a full cash bond of $1,792.98 pending a court appearance.

Feb. 25

Rhonda Cermak, 40, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. She was held in the Ogle County Jail on a full cash bond of $747 pending a court appearance.

Jerry Heinze, 47, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He had a full cash bond of $3,453. He received a recognizance bond of $1,000 and is scheduled to appear in court March 25.

Ashley Schrader, 26, of Shannon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. She posted a full cash bond of $471, and no further court date is necessary.
