Feb. 11

Christopher Jamieson, 39, of Oregon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for parole violation. He posted a $3,000 (10%) and is scheduled to appear in court on March 1.

Dionne Bakalik, 43, of Mt. Morris, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. She posted a full cash bond of $259.84 and no further appearance is required.

Feb. 12

Sandra Frazier, 25, of Rock Falls, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. She has a full cash bond of $419 pending a court appearance.

Kimberly Young, 53, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance with a bond of $25,000 (10%), domestic battery with a bond of $10,000 (10%), and failure to appear with a bond of $3,800 (full cash). She was held at the Ogle County Jail pending a court appearance.

Brian Boyland, 39, of Chicago, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for motion to increase or alter conditions of bail. He has a bond of $5,000 (10%) pending a court appearance.

Tobi Flippo, 40, of Byron, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Flippo has a full cash bond of $746.26 pending a court appearance.

Deputies along with the Rochelle Police Department, Illinois State Police, Rochelle Fire and EMS, and Creston Fire and EMS responded at 4:20 p.m. to the area of Ill. 38 and Mulford Road for a two-vehicle headon collision.

An eastbound car driven by Ariadna Calderon, 18, Rochelle, went out of control and entered into oncoming traffic, colliding with a vehicle occupied by Ignacio Constellanos, 34, Rosa Contreras-Garcia, 37, and Tania Contreras-Garcia, 30, all of Rochelle.

All four were transported to Rochelle Community Hospital by Rochelle EMS to be evaluated for injuries.

Calderon received citations for failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage.

Feb. 13

Melvin Amaya-Reyes, 29, of Rochelle, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He posted the $556 full cash bond and was released with no further court date required.

Feb. 14

Epifanio Hernandez, 46, of DeKalb, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 recognizance bond and is scheduled to appear in Court on March 25.

Feb. 16

Glory Johnson, 42, Dixon, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Johnson had a full cash bond of $389 pending a court appearance.

Deputies and Rochelle EMS responded at approximately 9 p.m. to a car, occupied by an unresponsive female driver, in the ditch on Rolling Green Lane near Flagg Road in rural Rochelle.

Alice Sanders, 58, of Rochelle, was transported to Rochelle Community Hospital where she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was issued an I-bond and a return court date due to medical treatment.
