Gaige A. Lozdoski, 21, Mt. Morris, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery. Judge John B. Roe sentenced him to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections Impact Incarceration Program with one year mandatory supervised release and ordered him to pay total fines and costs of $772.

Quintin McGee, 29, Stillman Valley, pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic battery.

Judge Robert T. Hanson sentenced him to 114 days in jail (satisfied) and 24 months probation, and ordered him to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, cooperate with and satisfactorily complete psychological or substance abuse assessments or treatment as recommended, have no contact with the victim, and pay total fines and costs of $1,681.

One count of unlawful restraint and three counts of domestic battery were dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement.

In a separate case, McGee pleaded guilty to harassment by telephone. Hanson sentenced him to 24 months probation, and ordered him to cooperate and satisfactorily complete the Domestic Violence Intervention Program, submit to random drug and alcohol testing, cooperate with and satisfactorily complete psychological or substance abuse assessments or treatment as recommended, have no contact with the victim and pay total fines and costs of $766.

A count of violation of an order of protection was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement.

Jarod T. Wiggins, 31, Polo, pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint.

Judge Robert T. Hanson sentenced him to 42 days in jail (satisfied) and 12 months probation, and ordered him to cooperate and satisfactorily complete the Domestic Violence Intervention Program, submit to random drug and alcohol testing, cooperate with and satisfactorily complete psychological or substance abuse assessments or treatment as recommended, have no contact with the victims, and pay total fines and costs of $1,387.

Counts of domestic battery and criminal damage to property were dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement.

In a separate case, Wiggins pleaded guilty to theft. Hanson sentenced him to 126 days jail (satisfied) and 12 months probation, and ordered him to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, cooperate with and satisfactorily complete psychological or substance abuse assessments or treatment as recommended, have no contact with the victims, and pay total fines and costs of $576.

One count of burglary was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement.
