Treat or treat hours is Mt. Morris have been set on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Residents who wish to hand out candy are asked to turn their porch lights on. Trick or treaters are asked to avoid houses where the lights are off.
The Mt. Morris Firefighters Association will hand out glow necklaces to youngsters who visit the firehouse during trick or treat hours on a first come first served basis.
The necklaces will be provided to make children more visible while they are out trick or treating.
Trick or treaters are also invited to Pinecrest Manor on Halloween from 5:30 to 7 p.m. where treats will be handed out in the activity room.
The Evangelical Free Church will host its annual Trunk or Treat on Halloween from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the former Watt parking lot next to the church’s education center.
A Haunted Library By-the-Book Costume Party for families will be held on Friday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Mt. Morris Public Library.
