The Oregon Park District will host its fifth summer concert on July 11 at Oregon Park West.
Love & Thunder, includes some of the area’s best musicians and features both male and female lead vocals, including Oregon’s own Shelley Nelson Myers.
They play not only the hottest new country music but also some of your favorite classics. Sponsor: Stillman Bank
The free concerts are held on Tuesdays in Oregon Park West beginning at 7 p.m.
Attendees are invited to attend and bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, and even a picnic basket.
Parking and shuttle service is available at Lower Park West parking lot. The site is ADA accessible.
Pets and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all concerts.
In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be held in the Oregon Coliseum at Franklin and Fourth Streets in downtown Oregon.

July 18: Burn N’Bush. a two piece acoustic band featuring Rod Burnette (vocal, cajun & percussions) and Dave Bushman (Guitar & Vocals). Formed in 2009,
Burn N’ Bush has been playing a variety of rock, country and oldies, and their brand of fun, sing-a long standards throughout the area. Tristan Bushman, opening for Burn N’ Bush, is a local singer and songwriter.

July 25: SoapStone. The Oregon Park District is sponsoring this concert to mark its 50th Anniversary.
SoapStone is a unique and entertaining cover band featuring a Rochelle-based trio that brings fun to the stage.
Country, classic rock, Motown, pop, you name it and they can play it! Fireworks will also be offered at dusk.
