Ogle County Sheriff Michael Harn reports the following activity.

July 22

Adam Orenday, 31, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for burglary. Orenday’s bond was set at $25,000 pending a July 23 court appearance.

Bryce Dalton, 23, Oregon, was arrested on a drug court sanction. Dalton’s bond was set at $100,000 pending a July 25 court appearance.

Geoffrey Douglas, 38, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Douglas appeared in court where his bond was lowered to $400 full cash. He posted bond and will appear in court at a later date.

Kelsey Quaco, 21, Dixon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Quaco appeared in court where her bond was lowered to $50 full cash. She posted bond and will appear in court at a later date.

Doniesha Webb, 21, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Webb’s bond was set at $540 pending a July 23 court appearance.

Anthony Bower, 32, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Bower’s bond was set at $2,407 pending a July 23 court appearance.

Nathaniel Glass, 27, Dekalb, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Glass’ bond was set at $1,153 pending a July 23 court appearance.

July 23

At approximately 9:42 p.m., deputies performed a traffic stop in the 10,000 block of N. Tower Road. After an investigation, Jacob Belter, 22, Stillman Valley, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Belter was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Caleb A. Leifheit, 24, Chicago, was arrested in Oregon on an warrant for failure to appear. He was unable to post the $2,670.21 full cash bond and appeared in court at 1 p.m. He was issued a recognizance bond, released, and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Cade Doane, 20, Monroe Center, was arrested when he turned himself in to the Ogle County Jail on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He posted the $357 full cash bond, was released, and does not need to appear in court.

Gabriel Olvera-Santoyo, 27, Stillman Valley, was arrested after a traffic stop for driving while license suspended, possession of drug equipment and using an electronic device while driving. Olvera-Santoyo was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.

July 24

Rosa Garcia, 32, South Beloit, was arrested on a warrant for the illegal transportation of alcohol. Garcia posted 10% of her $2,000 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 15.

Isreal G. Garcia, 26, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Garcia’s bond was set at $1,022 pending a July 25 court appearance.

Jonathan Robinson, 25, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $614.54 pending a July 25 court appearance.

Amber M. Stearns, 25, Machesney Park, was arrested on a warrant for petition to revoke. Stearns’ bond was set at $30,000 pending a July 25 court appearance.

Tyler Reynolds, 23, Sterling, was arrested on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Reynolds was released on a $1,000 recognizance bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on July 28.

Kortney M. Elchelbarger, 20, West Brooklyn, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a hypodermic needle. Elchelbarger posted 10% of a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 15.

July 25

Michael Rowland, 27, Rochelle, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Rowland appeared in court and was released on a $1,000 recognizance bond with a return court date on Aug. 25.

Racheal Deiter, 18,  Machesney Park, was arrested on a warrant for aiding a fugitive. Deiter appeared in court and was released on a $50,000 recognizance bond with a return court date of Aug. 25.

Ray Campbell, 60, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for petition to revoke. Campbell’s bond was set at $10,000 pending a July 28 court appearance.

Caly Jiles, 31, Mt. Morris, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Jiles’ bond was set at $7061.94 pending a July 28 court appearance.

Mark Hendricks, 26, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Hendricks did posted 10% of a $2,000 for bond and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

July 26

At approximately 2:12 a.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of S. Ill. 251. Pursuant to an investigation, Ronnie D. Sansone, 26, Rockford, was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was also cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

On July 15 at 11:35  a.m., deputies stopped a silver Chevrolet van on Caron Road at Flagg Road in Rochelle.

After a further investigation, the driver Donna M. Cook, 29, Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended.

A passenger, Cheyanne M. Patton, 21, Rochelle, was arrested on an outstanding Rockford Police Department warrant for a probation violation. Both Cook and Patton were transported to the Ogle County Jail where they posted bonds and were given return court dates.

Deputies responded to a driving complaint on Meridian Road north of Stillman Valley.

The vehicle was located shortly thereafter and an investigation was conducted.

Brandon J. Lumzy, 29, Dixon, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and resisting a peace officer. Lumzy was also cited for failure to signal when required and improper lane usage.

At approximately 7:44 p.m. deputies imitated a traffic stop in the 11000 block of E. Fisher Road. Pursuant to an investigation, Alberto L. Rios, 45, Rochelle, was arrested for no valid driver’s license.

July 27

Steven R. Gilley, 30, Marengo, was arrested at 6:50 p.m., in Byron for driving with a suspended driver’s license after a driver’s license check showed him to be suspended. He was taken to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

At approximately 6:43 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 7000 block of N. Ill. 251. Pursuant to an investigation, Vincenta Martinez, 37, Rockford, was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was also cited for having an obstructed view.

At approximately 9:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2007 Jeep Patriot in the 6,000 block of W. Ill. 64. The stop was initiated due to the vehicle’s speed.

As a result of the stop Andrew J. Smith, 21, Woodstock, was arrested for driving without a driver’s license. Smith was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was being held in lieu of bond. Smith was also wanted on a Boone County warrant.

At 2:46 p.m., deputies stopped a Toyota Camry in the 6,000 block N. Ill. 2 for speeding. The driver, Joaquin P. Martinez, 51, Rockford, was arrested for driving while license revoked, speeding, and no insurance. Martinez was transported to the Ogle County jail where he posted bond and was given an August court date.

July 27

Shawn M. Lee, 22, Byron, was arrested at the Ogle County Courthouse on an outstanding petition to revoke warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 22.

Matthew W. Kornewald, 36, Rock Falls, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft at the Ogle County Jail after he was transported from the Winnebago County Jail. He was unable to post the $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on July 29.
