Zuniga is OHS senior of distinction

Sarah Zuniga has been named Oregon High School’s April Senior of Distinction.

“Sarah was chosen because she is always pleasant, helpful and supportive of her peers,” said her teacher, Kim Radostits. “She is very dependable and has selflessly completed over 100 hours of community service during her time at Oregon High School. Overall, Sarah is a remarkable student that is on track to be an OHS Premier Scholar and is a very worthy Senior of Distinction.”

Senior of Distinction is a monthly award given to seniors who display exemplary qualities and talents They must have high grades and be involved in both their school and community. 

Teachers send in their nominations and the entire teaching staff votes for the winner.
