Rotarians distribute Angel Ball profits

Craig Carpenter, Village of Progress left, Lynn Knodle, Serenity Hospice Home, center, and Hollie Guist, Oregon Rotary Foundation, represented their agencies last week when the Oregon Rotary Club presented proceeds from the Angel Ball.

At a recent Oregon Rotary meeting, checks were presented from the profits from the Oregon Rotary Club’s Angel Ball fundraiser held in December at Barnacopia located about 10 miles west of Mt. Morris on Ill. 64.

The Village of Progress and Serenity Hospice Home each received $7,500 while Oregon Rotrary Foundation received $7,000.

Craig Carpenter represented the Village of Progress, Lynn Knodle represented Hospice and Hollie Guist represented the Oregon Rotary Foundation.

Angel Ball committee Chairman Craig Carpenter presented the checks.
