Ogle County Sheriff Michael Harn reports the following activity.

Feb. 18

Laurinda Paschal Dodgen, 26, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant for speeding. Dodgen posted 10% of a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court in March.

Jermicia Newsome, 31, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Newsome posted $575 full cash for bond and has no further court appearance required.

Jose Irizarry, 40, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Irizarry appeared in court where his bond was reduced to $150 full cash. He posted $150 and will appear in court at a later date.

Holly Carlson, 25, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for obstructing identification. Carlson’s bond was set at $10,000 (10%). She is scheduled to appear in court in March.

At about 1:55 p.m., deputies responded to Kings School in reference to a juvenile complaint.

Upon completing an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested a 14-year-old juvenile, of Lindenwood, for possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released to the custody of a parent.

Feb. 19

Joshua L. Burmeister, 31, Rockford, was arrested at theWinnebago County Jail and transported him to the Ogle County Jail on an outstanding warrant fordriving while license revoked.His bond was set at $5,000 pending a Feb. 20 court date.

Alice M. Hale, 53, Rockford, was arrested at theStephenson County Jail and transported to the Ogle County Jail on an outstanding failure to appear warrant fordriving while under the influence of alcohol.Her bond was set at $700 pending a Feb/ 20 court appearance.

Feb. 20

Andrew Swift, 22, Creston was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop in the 11,000 block of E. Flagg Road. He was also cited for no insurance.Swift was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was being held in lieu of bond.

Sage Gutierrez, 23,Dekalb, was arrested at theDekalb County Jail and transported to the Ogle County Jai on an outstanding failure to appear warrant forspeeding. Gutierrez was issued a recognizance bond during a Feb. 20 court appearance and is scheduled to appear in court again on March 31.

Dale Milliman, 19, Oregon, was arrested at theLee County Jail and transported to the Ogle County Jai on an outstanding warrant formotion to increase bond.He was unable to post the $1,5000(10%)bond andwas scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 21.

Feb. 21

Sandra Noble, 43, Freeport, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Noble’s bond was set at $10,000 (10%) pending a March 12 court date.

Henry Cummins, 37, Sycamore, was arrested on a warrant for speeding. Cummins posted $2,000 (10%) bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 12.

Beth Neitzke, 45, Boscobel, Wis., was arrested on a warrant for aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol. Neitzke’s bond was set at $15,000 (10%) pending a Feb. 24 court date.

Feb. 23

Tina A. Cupp, 45, Holcomb, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Cupp’s bond was set at $3,425.57 pending a Feb. 24 court date.

Feb. 24

Tina M. Champion-Harris, 45, Chicago, was arrested on a traffic warrant. Harris was held at the Ogle County Jail where she posted 10% of a $1,500 bond and will appear in court on a later date.

Rustin J. Bazarek, 24, Leaf River, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Bazarek posted $671 full cash for bond and has no further court appearance required.

Adrian Flores, 54, Rockford, was arrested on a warrant for motion to increase bond. Flores’ bond was set at $50,000 pending a Feb. 25 court date.
