Walcie R. Kirkpatrick

Walcie Rhea Kirkpatrick, 92, Oregon, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013 at Oregon Rehabilitation and Living Center.

She was born Jan. 28, 1921 in Pope County, Ark., the daughter of H. Scott and Eva L. (Evants) Smith. 

She married Vivian E. Kirkpatrick in Dixon on Aug. 30, 1942; he died in 1990. 

She was a member of the Oregon Church of God. 

Survivors include her children, Judith (Gary) Myers, Oregon, Rebekah (Donald) Needham, Colorado Springs, Colo., Vivian (Paula) Kirkpatrick, Hutchinson, Minn., Sydney (Deidre) Kirkpatrick, Blaine, Minn., Deborah Kirkpatrick, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Donna (James) Dimmick, Colorado Springs, Colo.; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. 

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, a niece, a nephew, and a grandchild.  Funeral services were held Aug. 5, preceded by a visitation, at the Oregon Church of God with Pastor Michael Hoffman officiating. 

Burial was at Riverview Cemetery.
