Rogene E. Sanderson

Rogene E. Sanderson, 92, St. Petersburg, Fla., died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at home under the care of Suncoast Hospice.

Born in Oregon, she was a seasonal resident of St. Petersburg for many years before settling there in 1997.

She was an avid golfer.

She is survived by her sons, David and Robert; 2 grandchildren, Leann Corey and Stuart Sanderson; and 4 great grandchildren, Luke, Sydney, Parker and Emory.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester E.; and son, Darrell.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 28 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Anderson McQueen Family Tribute Centers, St. Petersburg, Fla.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Suncoast Hospice or the American Heart Association.
