Olgie Irene Miller, 93, Dixon and formerly of Polo, died Sunday, Feb. 28 at Liberty Court, Dixon. 

Miller was born Jan. 1, 1917 in Embrevile, Tenn. to Harry and Zora (Peterson) Lockner.  

She attended Excelsor and Lockridge grade schools and graduated from Polo High School in 1935. 

She married Charles Omer Miller on Dec. 10, 1937 in Clinton, Iowa. 

Miller attended Harvest Time Bible Church, Rock Falls. 

She was a 60-year member of the Buffalo Grange.

She loved her family.

Survivors include husband, Omer; son, George (Kay) Miller, Mimms, Fla.; a daughter, Karen (Bob) Wilkens, Dixon; granddaughter, Carrie (Dennis) Gaul, South Bend, Ind.; grandson, Rob (Jen) Wilkens, Dixon; step-granddaughters, Debbie Richards, Mimms, Fla., and Carol 
Richards, Sterling; four great-grandchildren, Katie Gaul, Jeremy (Hannah) Gaul, Jess (Gunnar) Ortgiesen, and Steph Wilkens; and great-great-grandson, Hunter Ortgiesen.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Veldene Hachmeister and Dorothy Shellhause; and two brothers, Bud and Harry Lockner Jr.

Services were scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 at 2 p.m. at Polo Family Funeral Home. 

Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Polo, immediately following. 

Visitation was scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 from 1 to 2 p.m., prior to the service, also at the funeral home.

Memorials have been established to Harvest Time Bible Church and Liberty Court Assisted Living.
