Ogle County Sheriff Arrests
Ogle County Sheriff Greg Beitel reports the following arrests.
Anthony Malone, 23, Waterman, was arrested Jan. 20 on a contempt warrant. Malone bond was set at $1,148.
Joshua Wilson, 29, Downers Grove, was arrested Jan. 21 on a failure to appear warrant. Wilson posted $254 bond and was released with no further court appearance required.
Jeffrey Schultz, 49, Rockford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a contempt of court warrant. Schultz's bond was set at $3,992.39.
On Jan. 21, at 7:50 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle in rural Stillman Valley. Pursuant to the stop Ryan J. Roos, 18, Chana, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and violating the cannabis control act. Roos was confined at the Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 21, deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of N. Grove St. in Creston. Pursuant to an investigation Andrew J. Kettleson, 27, Creston, was arrested for driving while license suspended and expired registration and operating uninsured vehicle. He was also held on warrants for driving while license suspended out of Ogle and Dekalb counties.

Bradley Vandiver, 21, Rockford, was arrested Jan. 25 on a violation of order of protection warrant. Vandiver's bond was set at $3,000.
On Jan. 25, at 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Dustin W. Warner, 22, Oregon, for burglary, a Class 2 felony. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Warner entered a building in rural Oregon and stole a firearm. The firearm has been recovered and Warner was transported to the Ogle County Jail. Warner was being held without bond pending a court appearance.
On Jan. 25, 1/25/10 at 5:41 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 8000 block of N. Ill.251. Pursuant to an investigation, Caleb J. Johnson, 25, Davis Junction, was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Johnson was released on an I-Bond.
On Jan. 25 at 7:04 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 3000 block of S. Ill. 251. Pursuant to an investigation, Manuel Monterde, 27, Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended, failing to secure a child in a safety belt, and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Crystal Skroch, 26, Rockford, was arrested Jan. 25 on a warrant for speeding. Skroch posted $1,500 and was released.Skroch is scheduled to appear in court on Feb/ 19.
